Service Interruption on USD Wallet Funding

Our US users have experienced disruptions in service on our app over the week, causing them to be unable to add funds to their Dollar wallet or trade on the marketplace. We have received numerous complaints and understand the frustration.

VitalSwap launched in beta in February 2022 and unexpectedly gained traction without any advertising. During this time, we planned to launch VitalSwap 2.0 and partner with a reputable, regulated financial service provider in the US. However, the lack of such a partner during beta testing has caused us to temporarily suspend service to US users.

We are actively seeking partnerships with reliable institutions to provide service to US users as we launch VitalSwap 2.0.

We will keep our users informed as soon as a partnership is in place. We are grateful for the trust and support of our users and couldn’t have come this far without you.
